At Solar Power Corporation (SPC), we ensure that all products are carefully packed and shipped to reach you in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered via trusted courier services. Shipping times vary based on location, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. We currently offer shipping within Kerala and selected regions in India.

Refund Policy

We strive to deliver the highest quality solar products, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, SPC offers a refund within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

SPC allows cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. For returns or exchanges, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
